For the increased security of our guests, our carpark is being monitored by Parking Eye, it is still free to park with us, all you have to do is register your vehicle registration with our reception team upon arrival.

Please be advised
Due to weddings and events we often have loud music until 1am. We cannot guarantee any noise free environment however will do our best to allocate a quiet room if you ask in advance.

Dining
Grange restaurant is subject to availability and may be closed on some weekends. Please check with reception prior to arrival. Dining will still be available in the Pickwick Bistro.

Pet Policy
Mercure Norton Grange has a strict no pet policy with the exception of guide dogs at no Extra Cost.
